1. Exchanges
Wrong size?
We'll exchange it for free. We know sizing can feel different — just reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out at no extra cost to you.
To request an exchange:
• Email us at info@mokshalooms.com with your order number
• Let us know the item name and the size you need
• We’ll confirm availability and send return instructions
Exchange shipping back to us is covered by Moksha Looms for size-related exchanges within 30 days.

If you’d prefer a different item entirely, we’ll issue store credit for the full value of your original order. Store credit never expires and can be used on any item including new collections.
2. Refunds
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or is the wrong item, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement — your choice.
Please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Include:
• Your order number
• A photo showing the damage or defect
• Your preference: refund or replacement
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us
receiving the returned item.
Changed your mind?
We understand — sometimes a piece just isn’t what you imagined. For change-of-mind returns, we offer store credit (not a cash refund) within 14 days of delivery, provided theitem is unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags.
3. How to start a return or exchange
We keep the process simple. There are no complicated portals — just email us.
• Step 1: Email info@mokshalooms.com with your order number and reason
• Step 2: We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions
• Step 3: Pack the item carefully (original packaging preferred) and ship it back
• Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange, credit, or
refund

4. Items that cannot be returned
To keep our standards high and protect other customers, the following cannot be
returned or exchanged:
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned without original tags attached
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Final sale or heavily discounted promotional items (clearly marked at purchase)
• Items damaged due to improper care (e.g. machine washing a hand-wash-only garment)
5. International orders
We ship to Australia, Canada, the USA, France, and more. For international returns:
• Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit
• Import duties and taxes are non-refundable
